Baby Blanket
I finally finished the baby blanket I was making for Katie’s new baby. I was a fun pattern of different patterns spaced throughout the blanket: hearts, stars, patterns. The pattern originally called for each square to be knitted separately and the sewn together but I knitted the blanket as one piece using one color. It worked out by adding a purl row between each row of squares and between each column of squares. I used a summer yarn of 80% cotton and 20% flannel.
